Changelog:
- The articles are now loaded in chucks instead of everything at all
- The title on the home screen will now change based on the selected feed
- When marking everything as read, only the articles of the selected feed will be marked as read
- The image dimensions in the feed are now fixed, to have a less confusing timeline
- Hallo! Added German translations
- Performances are now improved
- Fix some issues with date and time formatting
