Okay, this PR is set up so we can see our new version of wagtail, with the rotating images, in place.
There won't be much code here - it mainly exists so we can see an instance of wagtail using our fork of wagtail which will have the rotating images feature - so we probably won't have much more than an updated requirements.txt file.
Because we have this set up with heroku though, we should be able to deploy this branch fairly easily to see the results of our hard work.
