Monthly Update 2014 September
Office 365 Developer Patterns and Practices project was announced on end of July 2014 and there has been tremendous interest for the project since, which has been great. We have received lot of valuable contributions from community and input on the overall planning. This wiki page is collecting the highlights from past month.

- First Office 365 Developer Patterns & Practices community calls scheduled. Latest development actions, direction, discussion and input.
- Lot of development on the core component area to drive the quality
- Introduction to Office 365 Patterns and Practices program
- Conversion from old word documents to md format continues. There are still some Samples to go through, but great progress on this side as well.
- 15 samples have been now released as videos to Channel 9
- Overall governance model established and documented in high level
- Unit tests creation has started for the Core component with agreed pattern
- PnP wiki has been updated to include most common questions and details on direction of the PnP program
- Numerous new contributions on the different patterns and samples
- New reusable presentations with app model related content for community use
Here’s the most activate contributors during August. We are looking forward with continue working with such a talent and hoping to get more additional people involved on this joint effort on helping community in the transition towards Office 365 and SharePoint app model techniques.
