BC break: Upgraded to google/cloud-pubsub v2. This should be released as version 3 of gps-messenger-bundle so all users can safely update their client config options.
This PR also removes the deprecated config options
queueandmax_messages_pull.All source files are moved to
srcdir. DirTestswas renamed totests.
