π Improvements on Jellyfin
π Improvements on Packaging
- HTTPS can be enabled
- default ports (http and https) can be changed
- Customisation made on scripts can be moved to a user-config.sh file that will not be erased on jellyfin updates. (http proxy or so)
- It is now possible to install qnap store jellyfin version onto a manually downloaded qpkg without uninstalling it first (see #117)
π’ Note: Known issue
#121 If you usually connect to the QNAP using https, the jellyfin "open" in the App Center will open https even if it has not yet been configured for jellyfin. (once installed you will have to connect using port 8096 like http://nas.local:8096/).
π’ Note: Nvidia QNAP driver
Just noticed that QNAP has released NVidia drivers.
https://www.qnap.com/fr-fr/app_releasenotes/list.php?app_choose=NVIDIA_GPU_DRV
Nvidia QNAP shall now work properly with the latest FFMPEG7. (please comment in https://github.com/pdulvp/jellyfin-qnap/issues / #4 if so or not)
π’ Note: Deprecation ARM
On the release notes of Jellyfin, arm based (arm32) seems to be deprecated and there will no newer major release (10.11) for it.
