Add new argument and change macOS version because 11.3 doesn't work (I was victim of it)

Some people here #14 complained that the README isn't clear enough and doesn't mention the fact that some apps, even after decryption, won't be runnable, so I added that.
I also added an argument
--ignore-ios-checkfor people like me who wants to decrypt the app, even if it is not made to run on the Mac.
