Stow command only can run if you stay at root of package-name.
$HOME/WorkSpace/Perl is new project
Obsidian-Core is package-name. You stay at parent of Obsidian-core folder, run:
stow -nvt $HOME/WorkSpace/Perl Obsidian-core
