This updates the Intel Compiler deps to version 2025.0. It also removes the dependency on the classic compiler, fixing issue #1992

The test case failed because it did an install of intel-compilers-devel-ohpc-2024 and an upgrade to 2025. This failed because of issue #1601.

Thanks for the PR. Currently the plan is to work this week and next on the 3.2 release. Once that is done I would like to get the Intel fixes from this PR and the other PR.

Can you do a rebase. We do not want merge commits in pull requests.
