Feature/of 595 deploy latest rewardfacet and subgraphs

• Updates facet versions script to add fallback values for old facets
• Records facet versions for all deployments
• Removes mumbai
• Deploys latest contracts to Arbitrum
• Deploys ERC20Point contract to base, base sepolia, aurora, aurora testnet
