Removes [cross-fetch](https://github.com/lquixada/cross-fetch). It's no longer used after updating ancestor dependency [codemirror-graphql](https://github.com/graphql/graphiql/tree/HEAD/packages/codemirror-graphql). These dependencies need to be updated together.
