nowa init https://github.com/nowa-webpack/template-uxcore/archive/v4.zip

Changes

• Comparing to branch v1 and v2, v3, v4uses local modules instead of cdn resources.
• Custom libraries build is no longer support.
• Injection only takes place at <!-- nowa server injects --> comments in html files
