right sidebar non-responsive/empty (outliner and word counter bugged)

I've tried many times, it still not work, if there's something wrong with the source code I can try to help to fix it.

What is happening?
Outliner not working in Mac with arm64 chip, it's not show at all.

The mod was enable while noting now show up in the edit page.

@Huweicai have you tried opening the right sidebar? Can you show me what it looks like? Hover your mouse near the middle of the right edge of the window and the sidebar should pop out.

I do not have right sidebar even if I hover my mouse on it, but I have a left one.

I've closed all other mods, it still not work. @dragonwocky

I did some testing, the sidebar appears to be bugged, I'm merging this issue with #769 as a master issue for the bugged sidebar, which means both the outliner and the word counter won't work

I'm having the same 'empty sidebar' issue on Linux with both the installed version and browser extension, starting 1-2 weeks ago. Unfortunately, lacking an outline as I work severely impacts my workflow, to the point that I plan my tasks around whether the outline appears when I open Notion. If anyone finds a workaround or fix, please post here.
