Random Outliner Behaviour

What is happening?
I'm using an intel Mac running MacOS 10.15.7 using the latest re-packaged 2.0.18-1 version of Notion Enhanced.

Most features works fine after I successfully get into the setting page by using console command but the outliner mod works randomly:

1. It seemed broken if using along with other features like tabs: an empty panel will emerge after using hotkeys to toggle the panel.
2. If other features were turned down, leaving outliner only, there is a CHANCE it would perform.
3. Refreshing the page never solve the problem while relaunches randomly work.

What should be happening?
The randomness of its usage is rather annoying, even worse than a total break lol.
