Complete French translation for Word SVN add-in.
French translation for Excel SVN addin. Beware : Resource.bas must be encoded in ANSI (Windows-1252) for accented characters to be correct. Beware : customUI.xml must be encoded in UTF-D for ribbon to appear.

Hi,
I translated the ribbon and messages of the three addins in French language.
I made my best to update .dotm, .xlam and .ppam (it works on my computer), using ImpExpCode.xxx when available, and changing commonUI.xml by unzipping and modifying Office files. If you have another process to generate those files, I would be happy to read it !
