On new profiles, onboarding tiles were shown on the new tab page even when the first run page was disabled or sync was disabled. This has been fixed.

DisabledCiphers - Added two new ciphers and provided the ability to enable as well as disable ciphers.
ExtensionSettings - Added the ability to specify domains where content scripts cannot be run. Updated the documentation to be more clear.
Homepage -Locking the homepage is separated from locking the start page by adding a new homepage-locked option for the Startpage.

In Firefox 77 and Firefox ESR 68.9., we added the ability for Linux policies to be specified by placing a policies.json in the /etc/firefox/policies directory. I forgot to mention that in the previous release notes.
