Bring an unknown person in the group and make him act as a medium/psychic to tell various stuffs about the friends in the group. That person should have done some homework first, go through social media profile of the friends we are targeting. Afterwards, we can explain to the friends that privacy matters because unknown people can misuse our informations in various ways.

We will update the list, help us with ideas you can come up with. The longer the list, the better it is.
-
Survey Form: A survey form will be handed to all the participants (online/offline). After the campaign is over, the same survey form will be handed to them and the difference will be analyzed. It would be even better if we can visualize it as a whole and if possible for individual people too.
-
User Stories: If someone is aware of Privacy then we can ask him to tell his story about how/why is he aware about privacy. And also if someone doesn't care at all about Privacy then listen to his story and analyze why he doesn't care at all about his privacy.
-
Individual Behaviour Change: Change comes from within.
