Release Note

Update:

  • Debian: 8.5 -> 10.1
  • miniconda2: 4.3.14 -> 4.7.12
  • R: 3.4.4 -> 4.0.5
  • Shorah 1.5 -> 1.99.2
  • All QAP dependencies are updated to the newest version as well.

Fix:

  • Issue #2 & #11 & #14 : ShoRAH in subprogram ECnQSR is upgraded to latest release and now running properly.
  • Issue #4: All binary and R dependencies are now added.
  • Issue #5 & #6: The GitHub Actions can now build a docker image when committing to master.
  • Issue #7: R package futile.logger is now included in the build.
  • Issue #8: The underlying miniconda2 docker image is now up to date.
  • Issue #9: The prompt message of subprogram RawDataQC can now display the correct subprogram name.
