Description
A new sample page for AppWindow Presenters.
Motivation and Context
It's about the issue #1552 I raised previously. I found different behaviors on AppWindowPresenter on Windows 10 and 11. So I want to make such sample to test them out. This is still being worked on. Any feedbacks are welcome!
