I only updated the kernel config for RPi3, since I do not own a RPi2. Since 4.6.13 is a normal stable kernel, I adapted the ReadMe to prefer this download, because it is a lot smaller than the git repository and the stable versions are not part of Linus's repository. I tested this on my RPi3 by downloading and compiling the linked 4.16.13 tarball on the Pi itself. Please note that I also included a USB sound module (CONFIG_SND_USB_AUDIO) and LVM support (CONFIG_BLK_DEV_DM) in the kernel config. I guess this can be removed without issues. |
