Description
Em Payment Methods estamos desacoplando o domínio de BINs dos meios de pagamento, por este motivo as interfaces (APIs) vão sofrer modificações. Em particular, serão descontinuados os campos que contêm informações de BINs, que são difíceis de manter, configurar e nos trouxeram muitos problemas no passado.
Os campos que serão descontinuados são:

bins
