Exporting a jar for the server files would be pretty nice too.
Requires mods to be able to be marked as client- or server-only first, so issue #22 is a dependency of this.

You could probably easily do it with ServerStarter so you don't have to do anything special. And if you could choose clientonly mod a command could add these to the ignored mods.
