Library v1.1.1 update

In this release, the library was slightly reworked in order to make further development easier.
Besides adding basic build testing with Github Actions and fixing some bugs, this version also simplified the examples, added cross platform compatibility, added some new features and reworked the SoftwareSerial interface.

You can get the newest version from PlatformIO:

pio lib install "mandulaj/PZEM-004T-v30"

Or from the Arduino Library Manager.
