Build documentation for PRs in Read The Docs

This will prevent making changes to documentation which prevent it from building and will allow viewing PR as a rendered page to see if it looks well.

Just go to https://readthedocs.org/dashboard/mamba/edit/ (you need to be logged in and have admin access to RTD project, I don't have it), click under Build pull requests for this project, and then Save.

I would highly appreciate if someone fixed this.
It only takes a few minutes to fix it if you have a RTD admin access (I described what to do in the issue description).

I do not have the rights to sync Read the Docs' integration with GitHub, a necessary step to active the "Build pull requests for this project" option apparently.
