Standalone Addon (without gamemode) + Bugfixes

Thanks to motivating issues (thanks rayzox57!) we've now got a standalone addon. Meaning you can play minigolf on any compatible map, regardless of the active gamemode.

Public release

I've decided to open-source this project and let anyone run this minigolf gamemode on Garry's Mod.

In this first version you will find:

• Holes to play minigolf on
• Viewing the score for each hole (TAB)
• Lobbing the ball (hold SHIFT then scroll to change pitch)
• Ball skins, effects, etc for PointShop (see _examples directory in the source code)
• Play as a team (Press 'T')
• Change team password, colour or kick members
• Mappers can decide how long you can take before being disqualified, or how many shots, or what the max pitch is, etc... See MAPPING_GUIDE.md in the source code

Check out the README.md to see how you can use this gamemode. Don't forget to add the files to fastdl if you want players to rapidly download the required materials, models and maps.
