A Airbnb dataset sample of over 1000 property listings. Dataset was extracted using the Bright Data API.

Data points included in this free dataset:

• property_id: A unique identifier for the property listing on Airbnb
• name: Title or name of the Airbnb property listing
• url: The original URL to the Airbnb property listing
• final_url: Updated URL, possibly after any redirects or modifications
• location: General location information of the property
• category: Type or category of the Airbnb property
• price: Cost per night for renting the property
• image: URLs or references to images of the property
• description: Textual details describing the Airbnb property
• guests: Number of guests the property can accommodate
• ratings: Average rating based on guest reviews
• reviews: Number of reviews received for the property
• seller_info: Information about the property owner or host
• pets_allowed: Indicates if pets are allowed in the property (True/False)
• house_rules: Rules or guidelines set by the property owner
• amenities: List of amenities or facilities provided by the property
• available_dates: Dates when the property is available for booking
• lat: Latitude coordinates of the property
• long: Longitude coordinates of the property

This is a sample subset which is derived from the "Airbnb Properties Information (public data)" dataset which includes more than 11,000,000 companies.

Available dataset file formats: JSON, NDJSON, JSON Lines, CSV, or Parquet. Optionally, files can be compressed to .gz.
