Thanks for the PR.

To get some information linked in the description would be helpful.
What is that OS, why is it relevant, where does the icon file originate from, ... ;-)

I think any released OS is relevant no?

Well, codepoints is a scarce resource, and usually once a codepoint is allocated we should not change that meaning later on. If there is a released OS that is a one-day-fly then adding the logo does not make much sense, right?

Just by hand. I also use inkscape. Convert all objects to paths and work from there.
svgs should have just flat path with no outline and undefined fill. The path needs to be closed, I hunted down some unclosed path in some icons, that is tedious... 😬 Self-intersections are not allowed, use two paths for that.

We use ttf here because you can convert their splines losslessly into otf/postscript cubic splines, but the other way is always only an approximation.

Sure

All distros are well established
(with exception of AgarimOS which is here because is one of few void linux derivates, but still years out there)
netboot.xyz uses the iPXE project to enable you to provision, rescue or load into a live boot environment leveraging the Preboot Execution Environment (PXE) on most systems.

PS: I wanna add a lot of operating systems logos here, for use with my GUIs/TUIs for quickemu
