Dominant Hand Feature + Bug fixes

in this release I added a minor feature to handle left and right handed table layouts (defaults to right handed). In addition I also investigated and solved the issue seen on android 2.3.3 devices and have resolved it as I believe. There may still be some card font issues.

bug fixes and new app release

Fixed a few bugs regarding responsiveness, device back button and links on the info page. Also had to release as a new app due to programmer error :(
