Automatically download ARSO LIDAR (OTR) and generate DTM.
lasmerge.exe, lasinfo.exe, las2dem.exe: LASTools software suite by rapidlasso GmbH
EzLAS.exe: LAS Optimizer 1.2 by ESRI
Clone repository and add dependecies.
Launch gui.py.
Author of arso-lidar2dtm does not provide dependencies.
