Enhance Control Over Loco Template Generation
This update introduces a new command under cargo loco generate, enabling better control and modification of Loco-generated templates.

Command:

• Without a template path: Displays all available templates on the screen.
• With a template path and --info flag: Lists all templates under the specified path.
• With a template path only: Injects the templates from the specified path into the local .loco-templates folder.

Tests

• Improve template generation logic to cover all templates comprehensively.
• Add tests for all generated commands in the loco-new templates suite.
