How to install

• Run composer install

• Create an account at openweathermaps and get an api key

• create an account at Twilio and get

  • Account SID
  • Auth Token
  • A phone number

• Copy all these values in the right place in your .env file

• Setup your webhook url using ngrok and start your php server
