feat(report): add more info in the report

• Remove TestRuntime as it was just unecessary complexity
• Add clusterCreationTime to easily figure when a cluster was first created (roughly)
• Add a zoneHashName to be able to easily uniquely identity the number of zones in a cluster

This should provide better metadata for understand usage

• Link to relevant issue as well as docs and UI issues --
• This will not break child repos: it doesn't hardcode values (.e.g "kumahq" as a image registry) and it will work on Windows, system specific functions like syscall.Mkfifo have equivalent implementation on the other OS --

• Do you need to update UPGRADE.md? --
