Update Neo4j Java driver to 4.2.1

To install this version, unzip file Neo4JOutput-5.0.8.zip in your Kettle (Pentaho Data Integration) distribution, in the plugins/ folder. Don't forget to remove any older /plugins/Neo4JOutput/ folder first.
