This is a small proxy for scdaemon that alerts with notify-send on long-running
operations.

Usage
-----

 $ cat ~/.gnupg/gpg-agent.conf
 enable-ssh-support
 scdaemon-program /usr/local/bin/scdaemon-proxy.pl
