[BUGFIX] Add missing settings to TypoScript

For some reason the pageStep setting from FlexForm

<settings.pageStep>

is not read to settings array (actually only settings from TypoScript are there, none from FlexForms).

I have als moved useInternalProxy from the global setting to the plugins which are actually use it (again it is read from TypoScript an not from FlexForms.

I have read in documentation (https://docs.typo3.org/m/typo3/reference-coreapi/main/en-us/ExtensionArchitecture/HowTo/Configuration.html) this part:

In Extbase plugins, settings made in the FlexForm of a plugin override settings made in the TypoScript configuration of that plugin.

@sebastian-meyer @chrizzor do you know why that's not a case here?
