elseif (PROCESSOR.ARM64)

It check PROCESSOR.ARM64
But at:

Dobby/cmake/build_environment_check.cmake

Line 43 in b0176de

set(PROCESSOR.AARCH64 1)

It set PROCESSOR.AARCH64.

then --target= was not set.
#224 caused by that.
