FateMapper

FateMapper is tool to analyze clone distribution, lineage similarity, and clone fate bias based on single cell lineage tracing (scLT) data.

Installation

You can install the development version of FateMapper from GitHub with:

# install.packages("devtools")
devtools::install_github("jiang-junyao/FateMapper")
