This is the initial commit for updates to be made to the driver. Some of
the changes include:
- The ethernet/usb driver now uses the default name assied by the setup
tool instead of the custom driver name. This will be updated in
future to fallback to the default if no custom name is provided.
- The libraries and build have been updated to for ROS Melodic.
- The README now includes references to all the repositories that I look
to for reference during development. It also includes some disclaimers
about the build.

There is currently no need to have a multi branch development strategy. It only complicates things.
