[Feature Request] Add popop asking if you want to enable mobile data downloads when using mobile data #420

Whenever you click on the download button the app should check if the user is using mobile data, as well as if they have the mobile data download option enabled.

If the user is both downloading using mobile data, but has the mobile data download option disabled in the settings, the app should show the user a popup hinting at them that no show will download until they either connect to wifi or enable the option in the settings.

Bonus points if they can enable it from right within the popup as well as there being an option to hide the popup in the future.

This wouldve saved me a good 10 minutes of figuring out why my episodes werent downloading 😅

I think it's better to link the settings because you don't know if the download is pending because of mobile data or roaming.

There is an option to not show this prompt in the downloads settings 😄
