Also the Docker images are still not here, but let's see what breaks. 😄

I guess we need to bump toolbox version here or will it happen automagically?

It will happen over night, but in this case I think it's better to do manually since we need to remove one PHP version and add another.

Seems buster is out, only bookworm and bullseye is available for 8.3 (both are also available for 8.1 and 8.2)

Or just use the -cli? It's currently same as bookworm.
