Sorry for latency in response and really appreciate your contribution !

• 3D modele need to be colored. Housing to be more Brown in color. Leads and metallic pins should be Tin colored. have a look on this image and try to mimic its color.
• Over all height of the model is 16.3+0.5 (16.8mm), as we consider the maximum possible height for parts. Note this is only with vertical dimensions, but we take nominal for the rest dimensions.

• Top overlay lines intersect with the plated pads, you wouldn't like to have silkscreen printing on your pads 😉. so make sure to offset each line and point in the top overlay with 0.2 from and pads.
• Mechanical 13 is the layer we use to draw part outline with circle denotes the pin1 position. you didn't use it at all, so kindly add this.
• Mechanical 15 contains + mark on the origin of the footprint (which BTW is the place from which the Pick&Place machine pick the part from). you have to add it with line width 0.1mm
• Mechanical 15 contains a contour encapsulates the whole footprint with offsets of 0.2 from any point. With line width of 0.05mm. You do it in 0.2mm thickness and it intersects with the part itself too. so this needs rework.
• in the PCBLib Height section, use the maximum height which as i mentioned earlier is 16.8mm.
