Remove duplicated scripts and add prettier check and fix

• yarn format:check prettier checks pass with new code, if relevant
• README.md (or relevant documentation) has been updated with your changes

This PR cleans up the package.json by removing a duplicated script and introduces two new scripts for code formatting with Prettier:
• prettier: Runs Prettier to automatically format the code.
• prettier:check: Checks the code formatting without making any changes.
