Blissgate stage: Missing particle effects

Describe the bug

Stage seems to look mostly correct in Ikemen GO, however i'm noticing one major difference between it and Mugen. On Mugen there are supposed to be beam like particle effects shooting out from the orb in various directions, but in Ikemen GO this effect is completely missing as of latest nightly.

To Reproduce

1: Download Blissgate from here, its under stages, Blissgate.zip

2: Add the stage to Ikemen GO, then start a match and watch.
3: Then add the stage to mugen, then start another match and watch again.

Expected behavior

Visual effects that show up on mugen should also show up on ikemen GO
