This PR has been moved to the IIAB 8.0 Milestone for now. That should not stop future-facing developers from experimenting with this approach and similar "IIAB on Windows" approaches at absolutely aanytime — now or next week or next month or next year! |

Smoke tested on a windows 10 insider version that was auto updated to windows 11.
Requires manual installation of Ubuntu from Microsoft cloud.
Requires manual cloning of IIAB, and command line execution of script/wsl2 (See script/wsl2/README.md).
