NVIDIA made changes to their API that stop auto checkout addition, this release restores basic functionality for opening a browser and sending a link to the proper product page for releases (notifications of drops still work)

32 Bit ARM

This release adds 32 bit ARM support back in, nothing else major.

Additional Product Code Support

Adds support for a variety of new regions, removes the need for the -test flag (simply use -model=2060 in existing regions to validate)
