Bug Fix During Model Enhancement #308

This PR will be closing #307 .

It includes the following updates:

Navigation during model enhancement with the progress bar.
Model enhancement is enabled for all authenticated users unlike before when it was for only the model owner.
Bug fix for Model Details Crashed During Enhancement #307 .
