Preliminary Release of uploader

This is a preliminary release of the up-loader. It is able to update a profile picture and in theory should be able to update as many persons as possible. However, at this stage has undergone limited testing and is unable to be verified in a production setting.

Upon download, settings will need to be changed to suit your installation and environment. As well as exporting a CSV of all users in your SIS or canvas instance.
