Deep-FRET Release for M1 macs

This binary has been designed specifically for M1 macs. The biggest difference is tensorflow for M1 macs requiring python 3.8 instead of 3.6. This, along with also using the latest versions of many packages, required some light refactoring of the code. More details are available in Adaptations_for_M1.md under the Mac-m1 branch or v3.0.0-M1 tag.

DeepFRET Release 203

Adds compatibility with Non-ALEX traces exported from iSMS. Changes default parameters for BIC strictness and HMM fitting to better match experimental data.

• Default BIC strictness changed from 2.0 to 0.5

DeepFRET Release 202

This release adds Windows support and is primary an update to the buildsystem.

Tested on macOS 10.13 and 10.14 and Windows 10 1809 and 1909
