This is the first step toward integrating the continous models with the SKY130 PDK (google/skywater-pdk#380), using the instructions provided by @RTimothyEdwards in google/skywater-pdk#380 (comment).
The goal is to iterate from there with the community, in order to land this into a state that's friendly to integrate with other downstream projects (like https://github.com/RTimothyEdwards/open_pdks/).
