Project with a purpose
The purpose of this project is to keep and enhance the victorian charm and history of Manistee, Michigan while leveraging those same qualities to bring much needed cashflow into the city.
The approach to this endeavor will be many-fold:
- Preserve the history of Manistee.
- Utilize the charm and history of Manistee to attract year-round tourism.
- Keep the disruption of tourism on the local residents to a minimum.
- Create stable local jobs powered by an influx of tourist spending.
- Keep visiting the beauty of Manistee affordable and enjoyable for people of economic circumstance.
