Describe the problem

We should link to the medium article about optimizing load times for flutter apps

Expected fix

Maybe in the FAQ? The wasm page was NOT a good place to put it

Additional context

Removed in #10546

I would like to fix this problem.

  • I will try and fix this problem on docs.flutter.dev.
